Forks In The Trail Yoga Studio (FITT) operates out of the home of Tricia Frost. Located in the rolling hills of Horseshoe Valley, Ontario, we offer a variety of Hatha yoga classes focused on wellness and personal attention for all ages and experience levels.

Our acronym FITT for Forks In The Trail also reflects our wellness themes.

F  -  Fitness

I  -   Intensity

T -   Time

T -   Type of activity

The practice of yoga is meant to compliment your other activities. Many of our clients are seasoned mountain bikers, trained guiders, road bikers,  golfers, and cross country ski instructors. We take an interest in what you do!

What is Hatha Yoga?

Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures that allow you to focus on alignment, build strength and flexibility. Expect a slower paced stretching emphasis with some basic breath work, allowing for some meditation time at the end that leaves you calm, balanced and rejuvenated.

A last word from Tricia

I myself have experienced the healing benefits of yoga.  I have a fused vertebrae in my low back which caused me a lot of sciatic pain at various times in my life.  I value the importance of physio and acupuncture in treating and getting me out of pain, I credit yoga with keeping me pain free. As a road cyclist, and cross country skier, I recognize the importance of a well rounded fitness regime to my fitness goals. Looking forward to meeting you on the mat!
